BSI ANNOUNCES IPv6/VSE

Barnard Software, Inc. would like to announce the availability of their IPv6/VSE product.

IPv6/VSE is the first IPv6 TCP/IP product for the z/VSE customer. BSI's IPv6/VSE provides an IPv6 TCP/IP stack, IPv6 API routines and a full set of IPv6 enabled applications for the z/VSE user.

The future of TCP/IP in z/VSE is IPv6/VSE!

IPv6/VSE provides a new IPv6 TCP/IP stack. The IPv6 stack is run in a separate partition using a different stack ID. This allows you to run dual TCP/IP stacks on your z/VSE system. Running separate dual IPv4 and IPv6 stack partitions provides the best possible performance and reliability. Existing applications continue to run unchanged. New IPv6 enabled applications can gradually be introduced that use the new IPv6 TCP/IP stack.

All BSI applications are IPv6 enabled and ready now. Converting non-BSI applications is simple and easy. The ASM SOCKET macro API changes are easy and these applications are often IPv6 enabled in only a few hours. EZASOKET and EZASMI applications are just as easy. COBOL include members are provided to speed the process along.

Its just that easy to move into the future with BSI's IPv6/VSE!
